Since my father joined what I like to call The Digby Manor Family the improvement is unbelievable with the support and help from Digby Manor staff. My father is so contented with the home that is a pleasure to visit him and hear how well he is being cared for with nothing is too much trouble for the staff. I would recommend Digby Manor to anyone who was looking for an excellent rest home for family. Thank you
My mother at 92 years of age became very ill quite suddenly. The team at Digby Manor gave my mother excellent care and made such a difficult situation into a very controlled and safe environment whilst retaining her dignity. We, as a family, were extremely satisfied with the way Digby Manor took my mother into their care for the final period of her life.
The girls (carers) are absolutely fantastic to my sister. One in particular, is like gold dust. We love the care that my sister gets. My sister is very happy and the staff are very calm. My sister has come out of her shell. She used to be very quiet but she is very settled. I cannot thank the staff and owners enough for the outstanding care that they give.
Since my Mother has been here since December 2016, I have noticed continued improvement within the home and also with my Mother. I am so glad I chose to bring my Mum here as it feels family run and homely, not like some of the sterile places within the area.
I can now relax in the knowledge that Mum is being cared for by friendly and caring staff through her later years of life. I would recommend any concerned relative to look this home up.
My Mother moved into the Digby Manor Care Home in 2011, she settled in very well, she is 102 years old and still loves her food. The girls and boys who look after her have really been good to her over the years. I think the care and attention she has received has helped her live so long. So we are happy we chose this care home for her in 2011!
